Tavarius Jackson (Executive Director)

Tavarius Jackson known as (TJ) had the opportunity to gain a lot of trust and support from his family and friends. Mr. Jackson attended Olympic Height Community High School in Boca Raton, FL were he devoted three years of hard work to the Lions football team.

Tavarius earned an athletic scholarship to Virginia Tech University . Not only did he enjoy sports, but he knew the important of education. Mr. Jackson graduated with a Bachelor of Residential Property Management from Virginia Tech University . TJ always had the heart to help someone make a different in their life. Tavarius Jackson wants to take what he has learned from education and sports to help the youth realize the importance of "academics and sports.”

Jameal Stewart (Program Director)

Mr. Jamael Stewart was fortunate in both academics and athletics in his formative years, and this lead to his current endeavors with the Prep and Sports. He received a full scholarship from the football program at Bethune- Cookman College in Daytona Beach , Florida . While studying in college he became a member of the prestigious Omega Psi Phi Fraternity and he is currently a member of the Omicron Epsilon chapter. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Educational Studies. Helping and molding adolescents was always something he knew he wanted to do.

During his years at Bethune- Cookman College Mr. Stewart aided the young high school students from his hometown area in getting into colleges and universities. Upon graduation he knew that there was a need in South Florida for a Foundation that could do these things for the high school students on a full-time basis. He banded together with other passionate and competent individuals sparking the birth of this Foundation out of the love and compassion of their hearts. Mr. Stewart has always and will always give a multitude of his time and other resources to his community to help enrich his community and the lives of those who live in it.

Anthony Jackson (Chairman)

Mr. Jackson knew from a very young age that sports were his passion in life. Mr. Anthony Jackson attended Olympic Heights High School, where he played football with Jamael Stewart, Jason Reid, and T.J. Jackson, who are also staff of Prep and Sports. He succeeded in his high school football endeavors and received a football scholarship to Florida Atlantic University . Mr. Jackson completed his higher education and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Communication. He also earned a Certificate in Ethnic Studies.

Both of the degrees Mr. Jackson has earned, have enabled him to cultivate his skills to be a strong communicator and appreciate people of all ethnic backgrounds. These skills come into play with his work at Prep and Sports because we all know that young people can be a challenge to communicate effectively with at times. His skills also allow him appreciate young people from all different types of backgrounds. Mr. Jackson has a heart that is dedicated to motivating, inspiring, and preserving the lives of young people across this world. Establishing this organization has allowed him to merge his new passion of empowering young people with his long-time passion of sports.

Jason Reid

Jason Reid graduated from Illinois State University in 2003 with a BS in Public Relations and a minor in Economics. While attending ISU he played football and coached for one year.

Upon graduation Jason moved to Tallahassee Florida and worked as a marketing assistant specializing in attracting the college age individual to purchase from the website. Jason headed the project to gather data on what was the most important criteria in making sports supplement purchase from a website for college age individuals.

Jason has since moved on to ADP a fortune 500 company and the leader in the service industry. Jason is currently a district manager at ADP where he helps small businesses grow and stay successful. Jason's field allows him to stay in contact with many business and community leaders.

Jason helps mentor the youth assisting with their academics and with the camp operations. He is an important part of the Prep and sports Team.
